For the last month, I’ve been watching a bunch of you crazy people doing burpees in your warmup, between sets, and after class. All towards a goal of a million burpees in 2020! (Kidding. I think the goal is 10,000).
I’ve also heard that our friends over at Endless CrossFit have been doing a weekly challenge that looks like fun. I’m not quite ready to commit to a year’s worth of burpees, but how about a February Challenge?
Starting tomorrow, I plan to perform 100 squats every day in the month of February. Warmups, strength work, and workouts all count towards your total. Overhead, front, back, goblet, air, pistol, box, Bulgarian split, and zercher all count. Modifications, as always, are acceptable. No days off. Let’s see who can make it!
