Week of 1/14

I know you’ve all been anxiously awaiting more workout releases. Well, here is Workout #2:

Teams of 7: Row 10k

Buy-In: 10 Box Jumps, 20 WB Situps, 50 DU or 100 Singles

Athlete #1 will start with the buy-in. After the jump rope, athlete 1 will start the row, and athlete 2 will start the buy-in. Once athlete 2 completes the jump rope, they will take over the row, and athlete 1 will complete a 400m run before getting back in line. Workout will continue follow the leader style until the rower completes 10,000m.
