Workout #1 of the CrossFit 314 In-House Competition is CrossFit Triple Total!

As many of you know, the CrossFit Total is 1RM for 3 lifts – back squat, shoulder press, and deadlift. For this event, you will find a 3RM for each lift.

You will be randomly matched up with 3 other people, and all 4 of you will have 8 minutes to establish a 3 RM back squat.

There will be a 2 minute transition time, and all 4 of you will have 8 minutes to establish a 3 RM shoulder press.

There will be a 2 minute transition time, and all 4 of you will have 8 minutes to establish a 3 RM deadlift.
