Sometimes, I hate modern society. As I was taking this awesome picture of my friend looking super jacked, I could only think, “#backgoals.” Is that what it’s come to? Looking around for things to post and hashtag? Apparently, I’m more of a millenial than I though. None the less, this is impressive, right? Some people think that they can out work a bad diet. They think they can do hours of cardio and look like fitness models. Not true. Dani primarily lifts heavy weights and supplements with some CrossFit. So, how is she so fit and lean? She eats right 95% of the time. Get your diet in check and you’ll be badass like Dani!
