Thursday – 161117

Time to give some major props. Jeanne has been working really hard on improving her pullups. She doesn’t come into the gym without getting a few sets in. And, it’s definitely starting to pay off. Tonight, there were 20 burpee pullups in the workout, and Jeanne did every single one without a band!! Great job, Jeanne! We’re so proud of you! Keep up the good work!
