Veterans Day 2016

Happy Veterans Day! Today we thank and honor those who have served in the US Armed Forces. To the many veterans at CrossFit 314, as well as all current and former members of the US Armed Forces, we say thank you. Those two words seem so small compared the the sacrifices you have made for our country. Even our sweat (and probably some tears) during today’s hero workout are minuscule by comparison. You have our gratitude, respect, and admiration.
