Monday – 161003

Well, we didn’t quite make our goal for the running challenge. But, I know that many of you got out there and ran/walked. I know it got me to throw on my running shoes and log a few miles. And most of the time, I hate it for the first 10 minutes. But at some point, I settle in and find a pace that I can maintain. And… I actually find it pretty relaxing. Even if you hate running, a nice walk is GREAT for you. Keep moving, folks. The weather is perfect for it!
