Tomorrow’s workout is definitely a tricky one. Many of you will probably be say, “I can’t do this workout, I can’t do pull-ups, much less muscle ups!”

Like every workout, this one is infinitely scaleable. You could do 5 pull-ups, 3 C2B, and one strict. Or 5 ring rows, 3 burpee jumping pull-ups, and one banded pull-up. Talk to your trainer to find an appropriate scale.
