In CrossFit, a goat is a movement that we struggle with. For me, it’s wall balls. That target just always seems so far away! Consequently, I avoid them at all costs. And, unsurprisingly, I’m still bad at them. Don’t be like me. Take some time to turn your goat into a strength!
