Meghan Bryant – 2015 USAW Regionals

One of the most common mistakes in weightlifting is jumping forward. There are a number of things that cause this, but the effect is often a missed lift. One drill we use to fix this is a no feet clean. This exercise will help to drive the bar UP and not forward. Master this, and enjoy the PRs!

Strength
No Feet Hang Clean
– Set feet at catch width
– Heels may come up, not toes
– Work to heavy single
