I have seen many an athlete at our gym get their first muscle up, or deadlift 300/400/500+ pounds for the first time, or make a national-qualifying total in both Olympic Lifting and Powerlifting.
But earlier this week, I saw Frank Merz make it solidly to the very bottom of his Overhead Squat with his weight in his heels and his chest upright. He even kept his eyes open for the duration of the lift.
I could not have been more proud.
Thanks so much for your positive attitude, consistency and dedication to making small improvements over time these last three years, Frank.
Keep up the Strong Work.
