The workout below is a viciously quick couplet. I would think that top-performers will complete it in fewer than five minutes. Actually, fewer than four.

On days like today, I like to pay particular attention to my work during the CrossFit Warmup, achieving more quality and volume than I might on any other given day. You can make some REAL gains by diligently and consistently accumulating a large volume of kipping/strict pullups, pushups, GHD situps, virtuous squats and hip extensions on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to Tori of the 10am class who was just recently rewarded with her FIRST STRICT CHIN after a year of consistent, hard work!!

Way to go, Tori! Keep up the Strong Work!
