This week marks the beginning of the 2016 CrossFit Open!! It is the absolute most fun you can legally have. It’s also the only topic of conversation at the gym for the next five weeks. Do yourself a favor and SIGN UP!!

(But what if you can’t do all the movements? Please. There is a scaled division, and you can go back and forth between divisions each workout, based on whether you can complete the movements or not. There is no reason not to do it.)
