Ladies Night at CrossFit 314, 2015

If I remember rightly, this workout SMOKED ME last year, as I was tipping the scales right around 200lbs. Looking forward to repeating this one at my more gymnasty 175lbs body weight this time around.

Also, I think Sara Coe topped the Leaderboard at CrossFit 314 for this one, scoring 94 reps. That’s the round of 18 Handstand Pushups + 6 Cleans + ANOTHER 4 Handstand Pushups!!

Can anyone top that score? Sara, can you?

8 Minute AMRAP

3 handstand push-ups
3 cleans
6 handstand push-ups
3 cleans
9 handstand push-ups
3 cleans
12 handstand push-ups
6 cleans
15 handstand push-ups
6 cleans
18 handstand push-ups
6 cleans
21 handstand push-ups
9 cleans
Etc., adding 3 reps to the handstand push-up each round, and 3 reps to the clean every 3 rounds.
