For today’s Strength Work, you can perform any variation of the pullup. They are all beneficial in their own way.

Recently, I’ve been feeling like the Strict Chinup translates more directly to the Strict Muscle Up. I don’t know whether that is true or not, but THIS ARTICLE from Breaking Muscle takes a nice look at the difference between the variations and why the Chin might be more closely related to the MU.
