Recently, we’ve had a good chunk of basic gymnastics movements as our Skill/Strength work. I’d like to eventually see this extra work translate into some Press to Handstands, Strict Muscle Ups, and Back Rolls to Support.
Will anyone take up this challenge?
Establish Max L-Sit on rings/hanging/parallels x 3
Athletes can choose which one depending on ability
Workout of the Day
3 Rounds of 10 Pullups / 20 Pushups
Then, at the 5:00 mark, for time:
4 Rounds of 8 Box Jumps / 16 Air Squats
Then, at the 10:00 mark, for time:
5 Rounds of 6 Kettlebell Swings / 12 Situps
