We’ll run some open gym hours over the next two days.

New Year’s Eve: 6am to noon.
New Year’s Day: 8am to 11am.

Clearly, the crux of tomorrow’s work is finding your 1RM Deadlift. If you’re game to go through the workout too, I’ll be happy to steer you toward some appropriate scaling options and start the clock for ya’s.
