Tony Vickers

I guess I haven’t been paying attention to my Facebook feed as much as I used to, because unbeknownst to me, Tony just finished The Whole 30. He lost 12lbs and some inches off his waist. He’s down 81 total pounds so far on his way to his ultimate goal of losing 100lbs.

As I am with any of our athletes, I am super proud of Tony’s accomplishment. But I am BY FAR most proud of his dedication to the process. He’s been in the gym an average of 3 days a week for the last 55 weeks. I’m confident that it wasn’t always easy, it wasn’t always convenient, and it wasn’t always fun. But I’ll be damned if I’ve ever seen a day where Tony shows up with anything less than a bullet proof attitude and a smile on his face, always giving it hell.

Tony, you’re a pleasure to have around the gym.
