Laura O is your typical wife, mother and contender for fittest athlete in the gym.
You’re right. That’s not all that typical. But she sure as heck is. And it’s worth noting that on any given week, Laura might scale any given workout. Or maybe even EVERY workout. She always picks a weight or rep scheme that she is able to keep moving, without spending any time with her hands on her knees.
I filmed her repeating a workout from when she first joined the gym in 2013. It’s safe to say that she’s made some stellar improvements. (Stay tuned for the video. I’ll try to have it ready for your Friday morning coffee.)
