In case you haven’t seen the schedule, we will have regular hours Saturday and Sunday this week. Monday, we will have open gym from 9-11 am. Come get a workout in before enjoying the holiday!

For time of:

150 Double-unders
100 foot Handstand Walk
50 Pistols, alternate legs

Rest 5 minutes between workouts.
