Can you name this 314 Barbell-er*?

I’ll give you some hints:

  • The first time she snatched 100lbs was November 2013, after the first 314 Barbell Sessions.
  • Her current Snatch PR is 145lbs in the 58kg weight class.
  • In a recent training session, due to a rather unfortunate typo, she completed an impressive 20 x 50m sled pushes. (The prescription was really only 4 sled pushes. Way to stick out those last 16!!)

*How do we feel about coining the term, “314 Barbellerina?!”

– Heavy as possible
– Adjust weight as able/needed

*Beginners can hang power snatch + front squat

Axle Front Squat 90/60
Flutter Kick

– Alternate for 12 Minutes
