Can you name this 314 Barbell-er*?
I’ll give you some hints:
- The first time she snatched 100lbs was November 2013, after the first 314 Barbell Sessions.
- Her current Snatch PR is 145lbs in the 58kg weight class.
- In a recent training session, due to a rather unfortunate typo, she completed an impressive 20 x 50m sled pushes. (The prescription was really only 4 sled pushes. Way to stick out those last 16!!)
*How do we feel about coining the term, “314 Barbellerina?!”
