N.B. – I programmed today’s workout having in mind that nearly all of our athletes completed “Murph” for Memorial Day. The workout isn’t all that difficult. Feel free to move through the movements at a steady pace, and spend an extra ten minutes mobilizing your already-taxed joints. If you missed “Murph,” you might want to complete a 10-9-7-8…1 rep scheme of the movements.
