CrossFit’s Gold Standard is 15 Overhead Squats at 1.25x Body Weight. It had formerly been at Body Weight, but Rich Froning recently upped the ante.

Feel free to give it a go during today’s Strength Work.

Find 1 Rep Max

WOD

5 Minute AMRAP

5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Squats

Rest 2 Minutes

Repeat for total of 4 rounds
