I’ve got two pieces of advice for Friday’s Strength/WOD:
- Have good form on your 1 Rep Max Deadlift. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Have fun with the workout. If you’ve never done it before, we’re shooting for 6-minutes or fewer. Scale appropriately. If you have done it before, shoot for a new PR, Rx the workout for the first time, complete “Heavy Grace” at 185/110, use an Axle Bar or a Stone.
