CrossFit Open

This is a great article on why you need to officially register for the Open. I liken the difference in actually registering for the Open to the difference in actually being a part of a CrossFit Gym’s Community, instead of just doing the workouts in your own garage or at the neighborhood Club Fitness.

The 2015 CrossFit Games Open will begin on February 26th with the announcement of Open Workout 15.1. We will host each of the 5 Open Workouts at our Saturday morning classes through the end of March. All athletes, regardless of whether they are registered for the Open, are welcome to attend class as they normally would. Classes will be structured slightly differently to accomodate Registered Athletes that will need to be judged as they complete the workouts.
