Jesse and Rob

In the above picture Rob and I faced off with 185 for max reps in 7 minutes. He completed 52 reps in 7 minutes while I completed 9. It is very clear that he can beat me in any barbell workout.

Let me make this clear, this is Jesse and not Rob making this post. I am definitely Jesse.
