Pat Sherwood might be my favorite CrossFit athlete of all time. And as best as I know, he doesn’t even make Regionals. He’s just a guy that lives a healthy and well balanced life, seeking to improve his fitness on the daily and make friends along the way.

25 Calorie Row
25 Wall ball shots 20/14
25 Deadlifts 185/135
25 Handstand Push-ups

*Rest 10 minutes between workouts
