New Year! New You! New Yoga!!

Starting Tuesday, Januray 6th at 7pm, we’ll be offering a 60min yoga class, free to 314 members. It will be taught by our very own Meghan Goudy.

Meghan on Meghan:

I graduated from Truman State University with a bachelor’s in Health Science and spent almost five years full-time developing and implementing fitness and wellness programming in the St. Louis area, primarily in workplace settings.

My number one passion is learning and one of the ways that I learn the best is through teaching others. I enjoyed taking YogaFit classes and completed the YogaFit Level 1 certification in 2007 and started teaching immediately after. I love the strength, balance, flexibility, and focus that practicing yoga provides and hope to equip CrossFit 314 athletes with tools they can use to improve performance and reduce chances of injury.

For those interested – and I predict there will be many – YOU WILL HAVE TO SIGN UP FOR CLASS BEFOREHAND! Also, please note that there will be no lifting, squatting or any other fitness-ing happening while Meghan teaches yoga. (Sorry, Aladin.) It’ll be the only hour of the week that we don’t allow free reign of the gym.
