Spealler Warmup at CrossFit 314
On the last podcast, Neil approached the subject of goals for 2015, which is right around the corner. I don’t have any set in stone. After reading my Dear Diary from this time last year, it would appear that I didn’t have any set for 2014 either. Still, I accomplished quite a bit in terms of gaining strength and hitting numbers I loosely hoped I would.
Anybody have any fun goals they’ll be setting for the new year? Let’s hear ’em.
