Tomorrow we’ll have open gym from 9am till noon.

For those that have been following the Ed Coan Deadlift Program on Fridays, I’ve listed tomorrow’s percentage work below, along with my favorite repeatable WOD to test my improvement in strength and cardio-respiratory endurance.

Feel free to do whatever you like, though. I’ll be bench pressing at 9am sharp.
