Back Squat

Warm up to 50% of 1RM

Then,

1×5@60%
1×5@70%
1×20@80%

N.B. – This will be the last week of the 20-rep squats. (Hooray!) Few will make it through 20 reps at 80%. You may either take 80% for as many reps as possible, or repeat last week’s weight trying to get 1 more rep.
