Consider both the CrossFit Endurance portion and the Workout of the Day with equal importance. They are both a test of your engine capacity at opposite ends of the spectrum.
The first is an all out 60-90sec effort. The latter, a test of how long you can keep moving. For your sake, I hope the answer is 20 minutes.
