Teams of 4

1 Mile Sled Push 95/60

Each team will have a sled loaded to 60lbs, a 60lb sandbag, a 40 lb sandbag, and a 35# plate if there are men on the team (to add to the sled while they push). Teams will go left to the end of the business ct, up to lindbergh, and back to the gym. We’ll have flashlights to attach to the sleds for night classes.
