Barbell on Blocks

I’m a huge fan of setting goals and laying out a plan to achieve them. Last December, I set some strength goals, and I decided to run 10 consecutive cycles of Wendler’s Strength Program to achieve them.

Not only did my volume sky rocket over the course of the year, but I had never felt stronger/healthier with zero concern about injuring myself. I think the program is effective, simple, and safe.

Consequently, I’m running 10 more cycles of Wendler.

Sometimes, it can be daunting to commit to something for as many as 40 or 50 weeks. (Let alone 2-5 years…) So I put together a Spreadsheet to give me an idea of what I’ll likely be lifting by next summer/fall just by sticking with the program. Feel free to make a copy and play around with it yourself.
