Vinny Rybar

Hands down one of my favorite athletes in the gym. Vinny gave up an otherwise less than fit lifestyle to lose 50lbs and get jacked and tan. He is always happy to be here, and I am always happy to have him in class. As is everyone. His excellent attitude is only exceeded by his excellent Press.

He also rocks a pretty sweet High and Tight.

Keep up the Strong Work, Vinny. I am not kidding when I say I just want to be like you when I grow up.
