Mobility

Quad

Treat this Mobility with the same fervor with which you approach Strength Work.

WOD

3 stations.
12 Minute Clock per station.
Rest in remaining time.
Complete in any order.

Station #1 – Row 2k*
Station #2 – Find max Power Clean
Station #3 – 150 Hollow Rocks

*The Row will be the bread and butter of today’s workout. It is a superior test of your engine capacity. And rowing efficiency, of course.
