The CrossFit Warmup is a perfect opportunity to work on adding this skill to your bag of tricks.

Today’s workout calls for a bunch of Handstand Pushups – a rather advanced move. Before you get to class, I’ll expect you to have considered appropriate scales for the workout which might include first developing your good-form pushup or a strict shoulder press.
