Everybody, just calm down. I know what you’re thinking: “But…but…but… CrossFitters don’t do Bicep Curls! They’re not functional!!”

The long and the short of it is that we are a fan of anything that makes us stronger, prevents injury and helps us to have fun and enjoy life.
