Everybody, just calm down. I know what you’re thinking: “But…but…but… CrossFitters don’t do Bicep Curls! They’re not functional!!”

Well…I think the jury is still out on that one. You can listen to Neil, Rob and I talk about the role of the Bicep Curl on this Podcast from a few weeks ago. The long and the short of it is that we are a fan of anything that makes us stronger, prevents injury and helps us to have fun and enjoy life.

So have some fun today, and be sure to face the mirror.
