When Trevor walked into the gym for the first time, two things were immediately apparent: he was a pretty decent athlete, and he had an awesome Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles t-shirt on.

Within a few short minutes of his first entrance, we discovered that he was a rather great athlete with an “Advanced Baseline” time of sub-10min, and he had one of the coolest tattoos Rob and I had ever seen. (Viewable in the photo on his left arm.)

Trevor, you are a pleasure to have in class. So long as you and I are not going head to head on a workout that includes any body weight movements.

Keep up the Strong Work.

N.B. – “Advanced Baseline” is something to the tune of: 500m Row, 40 Pistols, 30 Toes to Bar, 20 Handstand Pushups and 10 Muscle Ups. Sub-10min is phenomenal.
