Today’s workout is no joke. Please let it be a chance to test your gymnastic prowess with utmost Virtuosity. Nobody cares how fast your “Angie” time is if they have to question the range of motion on everything but your situps.

One of my favorite expressions is, “Live your life such that you can look any man in the eye and tell him to go to hell.” This applies well today.
