I think we can all agree that Steph is one of the fittest, strongest and jacked-est gals at the gym. But she wasn’t always. She used to be the tiny, wimpy gal that you see above.

Athletically, like many things in life, it doesn’t matter where you start. It matters THAT you start. And that you keep going.
