Dani (Metz) Kretzer

When Dani first joined the gym in May of 2013, I told her she and her friends needed to drop down from regular classes to the Foundations classes because there was no way I trusted them to move any weights or even perform the basic gymnastics movements without extreme supervision. I went so far as to email Tim and Neil to warn them of this rookie trio that needed a hefty amount of coaching attention.

These days, Dani has strict pullups, strict dips and is a whisper away from a muscle up. My day is instantly better when she walks in and feverishly waves “Hi!” in a high pitched voice as she is so excited to be at the gym.

Dani, you are a superb part of our community. So glad to have you.
