I suppose Meghan is better known as one of the Barbell Club Girls, meeting every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday to throw some serious weight around. She’s recently PR’d her Clean and Jerk at 143 and her Snatch at 123.
But that’s not all for this girl. She also has a strong gymnastics background and easily has some of the most Virtuous Kipping Pullups of anyone in the gym. And apparently she also has a pager…?
As you work to develop the requisite Strength, Flexibility and Skill to perform both strict and kipping pullups, keep in the back of your mind that you want to make them look as artful as possible. (Is “artful” a word?)
