Chalk Explosions

Whoever has been LeBron-ing the chalk recently, I’m not even mad. Because chalk makes you stronger, and stronger is fitter.

After “Cindy,” I expect the pullup rig to look like a full-on chalk-plosion went off in Nagachalki.

Treat this workout with the same fervor for your gymastic prowess as you would treat the CrossFit Total for your strength.
