Here are three things that I think make Angela one of the best athletes at the gym:
- She works her tail off every day – EVERY day;
- She is the easiest person to coach, because she is the most humble – ZERO ego;
- She is always smiling – ALWAYS.
It’s worth mentioning that she’s lost nearly 50lbs and I don’t even know how many dress sizes. But when I really sit back and think about what makes someone a good athlete, it’s not altogether different from what makes them a good person.
And Angela is a great person.
