Andy Vineyard

Andy is hands down one of the best athletes in the gym. Maybe the best, even though it really hurts my pride to admit that. (Who am I kidding… I’m happy that I might still be in the top 10 at the gym these days…)

The most impressive thing about Andy’s athleticism is that he’s just a pretty normal guy that works REALLY hard. Every day. He didn’t play college sports. He’s not 6’2″ and 220lbs. (In fact, I think he weighs about 170.) Each of his PR’s comes at the expense of hard work, many misses, and picking the bar up again many times.

Congrats on all the PR’s, Andy. Keep up the Strong Work.
