Today, we have CrossFit Total – 1 RM of Back Squat, Shoulder Press, and Deadlift. This should be HARD. If you drop down and stand right up with a weight, then tell me, “That felt really heavy,” I will likely say, “That’s great! Put more weight on the bar.” Over the last few months, we have hit several cycles of Wendler, getting you comfortable with the movements and cleaning up your form.
