Here’s a video of Willie cleaning 315lbs at a body weight of 154. I’m not even mad about it.

Strength

Deadlift
5×10 @ 50%

WOD

“Death by Three Burpees”

Perform three burpees the first minute,
Perform six burpees the second minute,
Perform nine burpees the third minute…,

Continue until failure.

Upon failure, complete 5 clean and jerks per minute until the clock strikes 10:00.
