Let today’s squats crush you to your very soul. After spending your last drop of effort on the max rep set at 95% (of 90% of your one-rep max), hit a few sets of 8, 10 or even 15 as you unload your bar.

Today’s workout will be blistering fast, as all sets of all rounds should be unbroken.

*After Spealler Warmup, load barbells and warmup to the heavy squats.
