Skin the Cat is a pretty approachable move for many athletes. The Skill, Strength and Flexibility that it develops lends itself toward all sorts of fancier gymnastic moves like the Press to Handstand and the ever-elusive Muscle Up.
Just like I sometimes encourage you guys to take advantage of the Endurance work that we program before the Workout of the Day, I would encourage you to take advantage of tomorrow’s Skin the Cats in order to develop your gymnastic prowess.
